This is a consulting assignment starting in January 2022 and lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Jefferson Wells but work for our client, E.ON.

About the Readiness program
The purpose of the Readiness program is to make our Energy and Energy Infrastructure Solutions businesses within Customer Solutions in Sweden to work in an even more customer-oriented way. With the customer as the central piece and the aim to contribute to "one E.ON for the customer", we will rebuild our system landscape in a way that prepares us for the future.

We are putting together a group with roles from IT and our business with the task of driving and delivering the outcome of the first part of the Readiness program, Wave 1. This wave includes, among other things, the implementation of a new CRM system and new ways of working. Wave 1 is expected to be implemented during 2022-2023. The Readiness program will probably run until 2025.

About the role
As our Business Delivery Lead you will work closely with the Readiness program Change Manager and the Delivery Lead and Change Manager, both with a focus on IT. Your first task is to secure a clear and common ground enabling a successful implementation by building trustful relationships with stakeholders within our business. You will be leading various business workstreams, and in relation with IT realize pre-defined goals, within time and budget, using project management methodology.

During the Readiness program you will also:
* Measure and keep track of progress and risks, identify and evaluate causes of project deviating from track and securing that issues are corrected through appropriate solutions.
* Work with activity and resource planning by identifying what tasks need to be done, who should do them, in what order and when.
* Leading and motivating the team: Keeping the delivery team focused and motivated, securing collaboration with needed areas of the organization.
* Prepare, share and convey the relevant insights needed for decision making in the steerco and operational teams.

You will report to our MD Business Area Energy who will also be your manager. You will work closely together and be able to discuss both opportunities and challenges during the program.

We are looking for
To enjoy, develop and succeed in this role we believe you have several years of experience leading larger projects as well as experienced with major IT projects. During these projects you have been working with project management methodologies (certificate Prince 2 Practitioner and/or IPMA C and/or P3O). We hope you have an understanding of development methodologies, e.g. Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile or Sourcing. You also have a relevant academic degree within IT, Business Administration or similar and are fluent in English, the ability to speak Swedish is an advantage.

We believe you are a person with a pragmatic attitude, but with a proven organizational awareness and sensitivity. You have a desire to be proactive, result oriented and finding better ways. Since you will be leading a large transformation you are comfortable with uncertainty and change and have a drive to seek clarity. You have a natural way of influencing others and move toward a common vision as well as establish and maintain strong relationships. To succeed with the Readiness program, we need to work together as a team, therefore you are a team player able to work collaboratively with and through others.
