Palantir partners with global organizations to solve their most meaningful problems, and our Leverage team
builds relationships that maximize the impact of these combined efforts. Leverage is responsible for
communicating the advances made by our implementation teams and translating them into progressively
greater successes from a business standpoint - both ours and the customer's. Tactically, our focus is on
developing pilots into enterprise deployments, and enterprises into institutional partnerships.
The Leverage team acts as a conduit between vision and execution. We excel at cultivating relationships
with decision-makers, navigating complex organizations, and catalyzing movement at an institutional level.
We fuse these skills with deep fluency in Palantir's platforms and the ability to help customers make the
conceptual leap from ambiguous problems to preferred outcomes. We're fundamentally responsible to both
the customer and to Palantir's technical teams, and while we're neither executives nor engineers, we can
better align each group to common goals. We help our customers to give us an actionable vision, while
providing the visibility they need into our performance. Concurrently, we make sure our technical teams
know what they're building and for whom, and that they have the resources and access to operate most
effectively in the given political landscape.
Leverage requires a keen sense of balance and an extraordinary comfort level with context switching and
moving targets. We're equally adept at playing diplomat and holding firm in negotiations. We require a high
EQ and deep perceptive abilities, as well as the willingness to display strong conviction and hold
counterparties accountable. We speak to our customers' strongest values without compromising our own.
We're as tenacious (and imaginative) in pursuing our business goals as our engineers are in crafting elegant
code.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish fidelity between work of Palantir's implementation team and customer expectations and
objectives.
• Maintain first-class awareness and responsiveness with all counterparts, both customers and
colleagues.
• Build exceptional rapport and shared state with the whole Palantir deployment team.
• Regularly package and present key insights and outcomes from pilots and ongoing deployments
to appropriate stakeholders.
• Conduct high-level diagnostics and communicate across customer and Palantir teams to reduce
friction and strengthen common goals.
• Exemplify Palantir attributes and values for decision-makers, especially those removed from dayto-
day/technical execution.
REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Explorer at heart, comfortable diving into ambiguous problem spaces and opaque organizations
and distilling order from chaos.
• Track record of outcomes and ownership, whether in closing deals or any large, coordinated effort
requiring executive buy-in.
• Experience driving senior relationships and managing powerful, sometimes intimidating,
personalities.
• Quick study and continuous learner, comfortable going off-script and incorporating evolving
knowledge of Palantir product continuum and use
Attuned to personal strengths and weaknesses; project confidence but know when to involve
teammates with complementary strengths and build their credibility with the customer.
• Authentic relationship builder, not professional networker.
• Driven by impact, not prestige, hierarchy, or credentials.
• Intellectually insatiable; passionate about something to the point of obsession.
• Ability to travel at least 25% and up to 75% of the time.
