Description of employment
Experis Finance is now looking for an consultant during a period between 2015-08-16 to 2016-02-14.
The Business coordinator will support and facilitate the business processes within the regional Hub within a international company in Eskilstuna.
• Support the Hub Vice President in driving and coordinating the business, preparing and analyzing KPI's.
• Support the Hub Vice President in preparing meetings and activities for the Hub.
• Managing and analyzing the forecast of Retail Sales and Shipments in the 4C system within the Hub, together with Hub responsibles and Dealers
• Optimize allocation usage. Keep track of order fulfillment status per dealer. Update retail/shipment/RGU monthly estimates. Keep track of Retails being performed in MOM for month end.
• Secure current and up to date information is provided to all stakeholders regarding the dealer network in the hub.
• Represent the Hub in the Launch process meetings.
• Responsible for keeping Hub teamplace and work spaces up to date.
Personal skills
Good skills in analyzing KPI's and support dealers and commercial management. Developing reports and excellent skills in excel and power point.
• University degree or relevant industry experience
• Volvo CE Product knowledge
• Achievement driven
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• English language (spoken and written)
• Additional languages a merit
