About the job
In this position, you bring your business control expertise into our S&OP process as you drive financial results and performance directly connected to supply, and you're part of our Operations Support management team. You closely collaborate with your team and relevant stakeholders within the organization to enhance our work regarding financial planning and coordination, and you identifying risks and opportunities as well as challenge discrepancies according to our financial plans.
Your financial input is important in developing our inventory control and strategies regarding existing items, new products and end of life phase outs, and you make sure we have all necessary information to evaluate inventory levels in view of financial targets. You manage reports of our main result drivers, and naturally, you provide valuable business decision support. Another important item on your agenda is developing our analytics platform, where we can merge and visualize operational and financial data using tools like Power BI. All in all, you actively work to enhance the financial information and processes connected to our S&OP, while at the same time ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
You're located at our headquarters in Fagersta and some planned travel is included in the job.
About you
We're looking for a finance professional with at least three years' experience from business control, preferably within the manufacturing domain, and it's a big advantage with any previous knowledge of logistics flows. We also believe that you have a relevant master's degree within Finance or Engineering. You're skilled in Office 365 and other software used in this line of work, such as BPC, Qlick Sense, Power BI or M3. As we're a global business, you need to be fluent in both English and Swedish, verbally and in writing.
Being an analytical, quality conscious and reliable financial partner, you easily know how to communicate the meaning of numbers and figures and turn them into accessible information for our business. You're also service driven and ambitious, working proactively to support decision-making and having the confidence to challenge us when you think it's necessary. And not to forget your collaboration skills - you're known for creating strong relations and successfully managing many different stakeholders along the way.
