A transformation is ongoing within the Volvo Group and Production logistics (PL), and we are aiming for a digitalized supply chain. This will include new systems, new roles, and new ways of working.
We are a strong Business control team with a mission to support our operational colleagues with a stable financial set up in this transformation journey. The Business controlling team in PL Transport Europe is composed of one team of Business controller and one team of cost controller, we are all located in Arendal, Sweden. We are more than pleased to welcome a future colleague in our team.

Your new role
You will work in a European and global supply chain context that provides an interesting diversity both in people and responsibility areas. We are controlling all the freight cost within the Volvo group for the European flows and overseas flows from Europe.
You will work together with colleagues within Transport Operation Europe but to a great extent also with colleagues in other parts of the Volvo group. There are plenty of opportunity to build a strong network.
This role is demanding digital analytical skills and competences. The controlling today is done via business application and we are searching for someone that can handle big data and connect data in business application such as Power BI or Qlicksense.
