We are now looking for an outgoing Business Controller with ambitions for Sales
To focus on the core competencies of the OOH (ice cream) business of Unilever Sweden, all customer sales (excluding key accounts) will move to an external business partner, Varsego, as of 1 January 2010. With this change, a new role as Business Controller / Business Partner has been created to manage the day-to-day business, follow-up on KPIs and develop the joint sales efforts together with Varsego. The overall customer ownership lies with the OOH Customer Director, with whom this position will report directly to.
Main accountabilities:
• Understanding the business model of Varsego
• Manage internal (Unilever) vs external (Varsego) expectations
• Primary point of contact between Unilever and Varsego
• Continually follow up on business progress and KPIs
• Propose ideas for business improvements
Required competencies:
• Process oriented and structured
• Analytical power
• Can work individually
• Be driven by managing customer relations
• Likes a challenge and wants to continually improve
Required skills:
• Excel and sales database expertise
• Knowledge about performance measures
• Can manage expectations between stakeholders
• Fluent in Swedish and English
We are looking for someone with a background within Finance and preferably 2 years or more within Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
