In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and maximize business value. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring data quality. As a key member of our customers team, you will play a vital role in guiding strategic decisions and optimizing financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for your units
Manage monthly cut activities and financial flows
Provide analysis and guidance for strategic decisions
Optimize budgeting and forecast processes
Educate and inform Business Tech leaders on financial planning
Support purchase processes and agreements
Lead analysis, goal-setting, and long-term strategy building
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Controller role
Academic degree in business, engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of financial principles
Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, Pbi, SAP, etc.
Ability to challenge the status quo and inspire new ideas
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
