hela Sverige You will work as a business controller and be responsible for the financial function in Gothenburg for Yara Marine. This is a new position in a growth-oriented company, which means that you will have a great opportunity to shape and influence the position yourself.
Your main tasks will be:
• Business analyzes and responsibility for reporting
• You support the CFO by developing strategies, goals and risk assessments and ensuring that it is implemented
• Develop and streamline the internal financial work processes
• Hold regular reconciliation meetings with project, service and warranty managers to ensure profitability
• Identify improvement areas and support during the implementation phase
• Develop BI tools and the interface between existing systems to ensure good internal control
• You support and are an advisory party in financial matters internally
• Contact person within tax and audit matters against external parties

Background and skills
• Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Several years of experience working as a Controller or other equivalent service
• Meritory if you have experience working in a project business
• Fluent English, in writing and orally
• Very good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office program

As a person you can work independently as well as in team and have a genuine technical background. You are used to working against deadlines and are accurate, structured and responsible. You feel comfortable making decisions and are solution-oriented in pursuing your work.
