About the role
You will be a part of a small group of skilled professionals, a strong sense of team spirit is essential. You will execute and develop the financial processes including period end closing, forecast and price setting together with the team. Understanding the business drivers and their effect on the financial outcome will be key to success.
Key responsibilities are:
• Perform financial bookings for the business in period end closing
• Analyze the financial result and explain the result for the organization and stakeholders
• Secure quality and correctness in financial reporting and in estimate process
• Drive digitalization in our financial processes and daily work
• Support the business in daily questions related to finance area
However, your most important assignment within the role is to continue to develop and improve our ways of working together, both within the business control community and with the rest of the business
About you

You need to have an interest in accounting but also in the technical aspects of reporting.
To be successful in your new role we believe you have the following knowledge/experience:
• Experience and good knowledge in accounting & business control in an automotive production environment
• Experience in organizing and structuring financial data
• Good understanding in balance sheet and income statement
• Excellent knowledge in SAP
• Extensive user knowledge in Microsoft Excel, experience in Essbase and Hyperion is merit
• Excellent analytical skills
• University/Master 's degree in finance or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
