hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Business Controller for an exciting assignment in the telecom sector.
Assignment Description:
• Support the Strategy Development and Deployment of Operator Network BG?s Business Segment in MU, including strategy breakdown, business planning, business target setting, KPI (Balanced Scorecard)setting.
• Support and monitor the E2E (End to End) Operator Network BG?s Business Segment operations. Reveal short-stakes and prevent potential risks through financial and business analysis. Enhance business efficiency and ensure the fulfillment of business target and KPI.
• Responsible for E2E BG?s Business Segment budget and TCO management. Analyze cost and expenses from all points of view, such as products, projects and process. Improve cost-of-sales and operating-efficiency to build competitive cost structure.
• Working on BG?s Business Segment?s level with change management and efficiency programs, implement and improve the organization structure, role responsibility, process, tools, metrics, performance, etc.
• Build and improve BG?s Business Segment level Financial/ Operational Excellence model.
Competence Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or higher. Minimum 10 years experience in telecom or relevant areas (Finance, Business control, operation.)
• Minimum 5 years experience as Business Controller or Business Operation in MU of telecom company.
• Experience of being in charge of finance/operation dept. of a middle size telecom company independently or lead a finance/Operation team in a MU of telecom company.
• Comprehensive knowledge in financial/Business Operation management business process. Deep understanding and rich experience in financial/business control and operations. Familiar with large-scale financial/operation management systems such as ERP.
