Work description
We are looking for a Business Controller to Schneider Electric Buildings head office in Malmö. Your main tasks will be to analyze, consolidate and report the group's overall performance, forecast and budget for your entities. Your main focus will be in Europe. Furthermore, you will also act as a support to operations and to the Finance Units in Europe and you will participate in various projects. You will be responsible for that the company's internal rules and processes are complied with and you are a member of your local management team in which you present and drive economic issues.
You will possess an overall function with great ability to influence and develop your role as a Business Controller.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has a university degree in Business Administration or Finance and have at least five years' experience as Business Controller in an international company. You enjoy working closely with the business and are not afraid of getting the job done. You have good IT skills and experience from some of the larger business systems. Excel is a requirement, as well as that you are fluent in English.
As a person you have a lot of drive and you like responsibility. Furthermore, you have a high level of analytical skills, are open to change and like to influence other. You have the ability to communicate across borders and you have a keen interest in ensuring business and operations financial outcome. You have a lot of energy but yet a humble and unpretentious personality. You find it easy to work with different types of people and nationalities.
