Scania 's Transmission manufacturing (DX) has currently more than 800 employees and produces transmission parts for the gearboxes and axles. For us, sustainability is very important, both when it comes to the work with the future electrified powertrains as well as being an attractive employer. We are looking for a Business Controller to be a part of our Finance team and who really enjoys operational controlling. You are contributing with your energy to our journey of change and want to be the best business partner to Scania DX.
You are responsible for the financial planning and the delivery of the financial processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and follow-up, together with your colleagues in the Finance team. It is important that you get a business understanding, showing interest and being curious, as well as understanding the world around. You should have the ability to challenge and support the business on both a strategic and operational level. It is important to dare to ask the right questions to perform adequate analysis as well as providing business-oriented data analysis.
Your profile
• You have an MBA or MSc in Economics and Business Administration or comparable to this requirement.
• You have 3-5 years of experience with similar finance assignments.
• It is beneficial if you have previous experience of manufacturing industry.
• You have good social skills and can communicate to stakeholders in a pedagogical way.
• You are analytical and comfort in using suitable tools, such as BI tools or Microsoft Excel, for problemsolving.
• You are a strong team player with a sense of integrity, combined with the capacity to build and handle important relations.
• You are driven and flexible.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
