hela Sverige Renault Nordic are now looking for a Business Controller to join our finance team. In the role as a Controller you are in charge of the controlling tasks planning and coordination. You will provide the status of a financial conditions collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. You will be part of a talented team in an international environment where your skills and innovative ideas to drive the business will be highly appreciated.
Job Description
In this role you will be reporting to the CFO and will work in relationship with two other controllers.
Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Protects assets by monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits.
Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Thorough working knowledge, understanding and application of IFRS and related compliance & regulations
2 or more years of controlling experience
Ability to work in the day-to-day financial details, as well as analyze the business from a high-level
Excellent interpersonal skills and great teamwork attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of SAP
Strong Excel skills required
Fluency in English required
To succeed in this role you need to be organized, accurate with good communications skills as well as being service minded. We believe that having a strong drive to meet deadlines and to work independently is necessary to succeed in this role.
