The role
In this role you have the responsibility for the overall business. You are responsible for the management plans and the forecasting process. You will support the organization in matters regarding monthly review, salaries and bonus outpayment, cost control and currency effects. You will work with a proactive approach concerning status and have the overall purchase responsibility for the office material. In this role you have one admin personnel and will be a part of the Nordic management team and work closely with the Finance and Admin colleagues in Milan. You report to the Managing Director in Sweden.
Our successful candidate
We believe you have a business degree from a well reputed business school or university. You have 5-8 years of business controlling. You are skilled within the area and are good at creating good relations with partners and colleagues. You should be able to prioritize and have an international perspective. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing, and it is a plus if you have some proficiency in Italian.
As an individual you are
An independent person with a significant personal drive. You are used to working proactively, in close dialogue with the business and you are characterized as always being one step ahead. Over all you are a service minded and extrovert person with a great analytical capacity.
