Project Description
The Financial Analyst/ Business Controller for R&D will support the R&D and Finance leadership teams through the preparation of high quality, insightful and timely planning and reporting. Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting and analysis for the R&D department, including operating expenses and capital. Interact with R&D and business leaders at all levels to ensure compliance with all financial control and reporting procedures.
Job Description
* Manage the AOP/budgeting and monthly forecasting process for Infinera 's R&D departments
* Manage month-end close, prepare journal entries/accruals, analyze actual vs forecast, explain variances
* Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for internal management review
* Lead and drive monthly financial review meetings with key business partners
* Approve purchase requests and job offers
* Implement and conduct process improvements to streamline current process regarding R&D project tracking and Capital Expenditure reporting and analysis
* Support the annual operating plan process including the schedule, inputs, consolidation and presentation/reporting
Qualifications
To be able to succeed in this role we think that you have worked as a Business Controller for 3-5 years in a international setting. We also think that you have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are used to work across functional boundaries. We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked in SAP or BPC.
Language skills
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
We offer
We are offered a consulting assignment with a start date as soon as possible or in the middle of October and that will continue to 2021-10-14. And for the right person there will also be a good chance of extension for another year. The company has its office located at Liljeholmen.
