hela Sverige We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in combining commercial interests with our sustainability vision of being in the forefront of sustainability.
The CSR department wishes to strengthen the controlling of our sustainability work on the social dimension. CSR is a strategic issue for H&M, and we need to set clear targets and measure results just like in any other part of our operations.
The Controller will be a key member of our work with the company's strategy development and process optimization in our sustainability work. You will work with collection and verification of data, development of our follow-up process and analysis of the results. Those results will both be used for drive change and optimizing the value of our sustainability efforts as well as for external reporting. The Controller will work closely with the other members of the CSR Department in Stockholm, with CSR teams in our production countries, with our sales countries and with central functions in Stockholm. The candidate will report to Pierre Börjesson who is CSR manager for the "People" team.
A qualified candidate should have an academic education within finance, business administration, industrial engineering or similar and at least 3 years of experience as Business Controller at a Buying Department, in an Area team or at a production office, and that your work has included some form of identifying and leading process improvements. You need to have at least 1 year?s experience from working with CSR at a corporate level. You also have experience from project management and setting basic IT requirements. We believe that you have experience from working or studying abroad. You have strong communication skills in English, both written and oral and good skills in Excel.
