For Ferrero's Scandinavia HQs in Malmö, we are currently looking for an outstanding Business Controller.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
As Ferrero's next Business Controller, you will work closely with the Sr. Controller with:

• Budget
• Forecasting
• Preparation of month-end closing
• Business analysis
• Optimization of processes

This role requires that you gain a deep knowledge of the business area and can provide valid forecasts and analysis on trends to suggest actions to close potential gaps to deliver continuous sustainable growth. You have an operational focus on completeness of the planning scenario and will work with the full P&L (actual and planning). You will also prepare presentations to local/Area management team and be contact person for all departments of the company with reference to actual cost development and other ad hoc business analysis. Other responsibilities:

• Monitor, propose corrective actions, and assist in implementing action plans to secure that the Nordic countries achieves the financial KPIs
• Support the Management in receiving and presenting specific analyses, business comments and comparisons
• Support to junior controllers in case of need

Kvalifikationer
• Degree in Finance
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role
• Experience or general awareness of FMCG industry
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred FI/CO, ML)
• Advanced knowledge in Excel

You are a result driven Controller with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you have the ability to communicate and influence different stakeholders within the company and provide accurate documentation to support your business simulations. Besides being an experienced Controller, you have a flexible mindset, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and you have a proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative and change readiness.

This position is a stimulating and exciting chance to gain vision into the operations of a major Chocolate Confectionery company. You will be close to both the business and HQ of the Group, and your contribution will capacitate you to make an impact on the operational part of the business.
