hela Sverige Jefferson Wells is looking for a Business Controller to our customer in Borås, you will work at a larger manufacturing unit in Borås which is part of a large international Automotive Company.
The assignment starts in April and you will be employed by Jefferson Wells and work as a consultant. Initially, the assignment is to August 2022 and there are great opportunities for extension as a consultant or an employment by the customer.

Role Description
As Business Controller you will have a central role in the Borås plant to ensure budgets and targets are set to support strategy, always knowing where the plant is heading from a financial perspective and supporting the line organization in interpreting financial data in a proactive way. The plant Business Controller is the link between operations and finance.
You will be a part of a team of four persons in the Finance department. Controllers are trusted business advisors and you will help to set efficient and thoughtful controlling procedures in order to generate a deep impact on the company business performance.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
* Make financial analysis of monthly outcome and communicate with the organization regarding cost control issues.
* Participate in both strategic and operational investigations and projects to support with business case calculations.
* Budget and forecast activities with independent responsibility for parts of the processes
* Calculation and analysis of conversion value in standard cost of production
* Develop and improve the department processes, routines and related IT-tools
* Highly involved in monthly reporting with accounting, administration, analysis and presenting of the monthly closing.
* General accounting activities
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Academic degree within Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
* Controlling and accounting experience, at least 1 year
* Good IT knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Business oriented mindset
* Driven and result oriented personality
* Very good communication and language skills, fluent in Swedish and English.
