What you 'll do
* Analyze the company 's P&L and cost related KPI 's.
* Be responsible for the financial reporting to management and board.
* Be responsible for the budgeting process and forecasting including monthly follow-ups.
* Establish and enhance processes related to reporting and routines.
* Support the organization by managing financial ad- hoc projects.
* Develop relationships between the finance department and other stakeholders in the company.
What we need
We want you to have at least 3 - 5 years of working experience and a bachelor 's degree. You have previously worked as a controller in a growing company alternatively in a big4 accounting firm 's audit or transaction services department. You are a responsible and analytical person with a passion for numbers who also enjoys working on a strategic level. You appreciate being part of an ambitious and competent organization where you have the possibility to create relations and work together across borders. You also have an aptitude for seeing the big picture and an openness towards change.
It 's important that you are both proactive and structured and that finding effective solutions is a part of who you are. You have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and it 's a great advantage if you also have experience from system implementation. You are proficient in both Swedish and English.
