We develop, manufacture and market robots and associated control systems, software, arc welding products, machine tending solutions, tracks and motor packages. We have offices in Västerås, Jönköping and the area of Gothenburg in Sweden. Over 90% of our production goes on export and our customers include all major auto manufacturers. The auto industry and its sub suppliers and to an increasing extent general industry, such as the electronics industry, are automating their production with robots.
As our new Business Controller, you will be a part of a controlling team with responsibility for financial planning, analysis and reporting within Supply Unit. This includes monthly reporting, budgets and forecasts as well as to take necessary actions to secure future growth and profits. You will work in close interaction with the Supply Unit management, with whom you will establish a financial and controlling partnership and support during development and implementation of global strategic initiatives. Supply Unit, responsible for manufacturing of robots including total value chain from development and supply to sales and delivery, is a large business unit with global presence and a very good growth potential.
You see yourself as a partner to the business and in that role we offer great opportunities for professional and personal development for the right candidate. As a business partner, a solid financial and business understanding is a basic requirement. Being an important part of the Supply Unit Team, with contacts both locally and globally, it 's key that you are a strategic person with a pragmatic way of addressing every challenge you encounter. In addition you have good communication skills and high social and networking skills. You are proficient in English. Knowledge of Swedish is preferable but not mandatory.
To be success in this position, we believe you have an MBA or equivalent Economical degree and experience from both accounting and business controlling is qualifying.
