On behalf of Mölnlycke Health Care we are looking for a Business Controller to Region North.
Your responsibility will be to manage the controlling function for Region North. This means to co-ordinate and secure all financial aspects within Region North in order to support the achievements of the function and the business objectives of Mölnlycke Health Care AB.

• secure the financial control in Region North in order to run the business in accordance to local corporate rules, legislations and MHC standards.
• actively participate and contribute in the local business development in order to meet the achievements in the local unit and the global MHC business objectives.
• prepare financial and statistic information in order to support the organization to meet business objectives
• ensure full adherence to the “budget processâ€? in terms of timing, output and quality of figures.
• communicate financial information and policies in order to secure business understanding throughout the local organisation.
• ensure efficient co-operation within the regions in order to have qualitative and efficient controlling processes.
• analyse and act on financial information (in conjunction with the FAD) in order to initiate and take corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
• ensure that the month end process is executed in a timely and qualitative manner to ensure that Swedish reporting deadlines are met.
• prepare and distribute management reports on a monthly basis showing actual cost v budget and variance analysis to the management team.
• assist the FAD with Human Resource projects as well as other Ad-hoc projects in Region North
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The successful candidate has a University degree and minimum two years experience working in an international environment in various financial management positions. Proven skills in controlling- sales, logistics and/or production are a necessity for this position as well as strategy and business competence with a market perspective.
The position demands ability to multi-task, which requires a structured way of working. You are a well-organised and self-motivated individual who can work on own initiative as well as a team player.
