Filippa K is now offering you the opportunity to get a challenging and exciting position in one of Scandinavia's most successful fashion companies. For recruitment we are seeking a proactive and problem solving Business Controller with good communication and pedagogical skills. Your responsibility will be to secure business control in the whole organisation.

Publiceringsdatum2011-05-28Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Business Controller, your responsibility will be to secure business control for Filippa K in order to improve business knowledge in the whole organisation and make way for sustainable decisions. You will analyse, measure and follow up wholesale and retail in all countries and markets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for development of common models, tools and KPI's. You will also support and challenge managers responsible for different countries, retail, wholesale and marketing and take part in developing a decision support system. You will report to the CFO.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have a university degree or similar and extensive experience of retail or wholesale business control. It is a great advantage if you have experience from the fashion industry. Moreover, you have experience in project management and you have a customer business approach. You are also a god role model and have excellent leadership skills, especially when it comes to project management. Furthermore, you have experience of working with and developing business systems. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
As a person you have a natural drive and a great amount of energy. You are business oriented with a financial approach and you have a genuine interest in Filippa K. Also, you are structured, team-oriented and focused on development. You have an analytical ability as well as strong communications skills. Of course, your values are in line with Filippa K's - style, simplicity and quality.
