Eson Pac is offering a fun, exciting and challenging opportunity as a Business Controller -based in Veddige. You will report to CFO.Job description: As a Business Controller Pharma you will provide the local manufacturing sites and group management with information and analysis to support decision making. You will take own initiatives to move issues forward and to promote value-creating actions. You will work with the local management teams, aiming at driving and challenging the business performance on a day-to-day basis.· Owner of the daily follow-up of Pharma production controlling · Assist in management reporting and keep a reporting master for the group· Own and drive the Budget and forecasting process for the production units of the group.· Follow-up of production units and deviations on an ongoing basis towards the four production facilities. · Provide analysis and insight that leads to action. · Ad hoc analysis as needed.· Owner of the Radius costing model and the integration between Radius and NAV· Owner of the connected BI tool to Radius - click view. · Link between accounting, the business and corporate· Create long term business value.Qualifications and Experience:Those seeking this position have a relevant education in the field of finance and have experience of similar tasks. It is highly appreciated if you have experience with Radius and NAV as you will get a Key- user role in the systems implementation in progress. Strong skills and knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint is required. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a person you have a very good analytical ability, talent for causality thinking and can easily see what needs to be prioritized. Your work method is systematic, and you are used to working toward deadlines. Furthermore, it is important that you enjoy many contact areas and enjoy being close to the business as well as having good communication skills. Furthermore, you are good at looking behind the numbers and is successful tracking down possible risks/ opportunities.
