Permobil is now looking for an operations-oriented business partner to the Group Supply chain team to control and support the improvement of operational performance.

You are a key member of the Supply chain management team while at the same time playing an important role in the wider Group Business controlling team to secure that supply chain initiatives are translating into tangible savings in the P&L and cash flow statement. The purpose with the role is to drive operational performance for Permobil's business units, tracking supply chain initiatives and ensure tangible result in the P&L and lead workstreams, with financial and supply chain perspective, in business projects. This is an exciting position with great chance to influence, develop and strengthen our supply chain organization. You will report to VP Group Finance, with a dotted line to SVP Group Supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support business projects (including developing business cases and project plans), adding financial and supply chain perspective (e.g. distribution channels, production footprints etc.)
Further develop Operational KPI structure for Business units to enable common definitions and tracking of operational performance
Lead forum with Business units for tracking of KPI's to drive and improve performance
Responsible for controlling the logistics spend, inventory development, direct material costs and productivity improvement from LEAN and automation initiatives
Drive and support vendor consolidation within indirect spend through P2P software implementation and support indirect material project on global basis
Drive budget, forecast and monthly cost analysis process for Supply chain organization

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in finance and/or industrial engineering with excellent grades
Preferable, experience from supply chain from large multinational company
Five or more years of operational finance or management consultant experience
International experience and fluent in English
Presentation skills to both communicate and present info/reports in a highly professional way.

Ability to multi-task in a changing environment and work within tight deadlines

The position is based in Kista, but will require some travelling.
