Who is your future team?
Business Finance at Axis consists of 3 groups, Business Navigation HQ, Business Planning & Analysis and Business Navigation Sales. Together we aim to be a proactive business partner to the organization supporting Axis strategy and future growth. By contributing with business support, analysis and insights we strive to enable smarter decision making and by that creating value to the business. We use and develop our systems to connect people, plans and data. You will be part of the Team Business Navigation HQ and act as a business partner to our functions Information Systems, Human Resource and Facilities.
The role
In this role you will both have a responsibility as a Business Controller for your functions and for Axis' indirect procurement process.
As a Business Controller you will have close collaboration with your VP and stakeholders in the functions to understand business needs, drive process improvements and actively work to monitor the performance of the functions. You are also responsible for the financial planning and performance management within your functions.
Your responsibility regarding indirect procurement includes to drive, develop and implement our indirect purchasing planning strategy and process. Also, you will provide structure and an efficient way of working across the functions. You will act as a Business Partner and advisor in questions related to indirect procurement and support and challenge projects and managers in commercial tasks such as requirements specifications, RFQ, negotiation, implementation and follow up when producing an agreement. You will furthermore have responsibility for follow up on signed agreements, spend and deliverables.
Who are we looking for?
Since the role has two focus areas, traditional Business controlling and Procurement controlling of indirect material, you can either be a Business Controller with experience of procurement or you are a Purchaser of indirect material who wants to develop more towards business control.
You are self-driven, enjoy analytical challenges and have the ability to see things from a holistic perspective. As a person you are service minded with strong social and communication skills, and you have no problem creating good relations with people in the organization. You are humble and you can create togetherness and enthusiasm around you. Finding possibilities to improve and challenge old truths comes naturally to you.
In addition to the above you have an academic degree within finance, business administration or equivalent. Previous experience working with purchase of indirect materials, contract law, negotiation or as an indirect procurement controller is considered an advantage. You are also fluent in English and Swedish.
