As a Business Controller for Radar Production Kallebäck, you will play an important role and work with our production and the operation as a whole. Your overall goal will be to generate a positive business impact, provide early indicators to management and secure that Saabs accounting rules are followed. You will be a key member of the Production Site Kallebäcks Management Team and report directly to the Head of Business Control Surface Sensor Solutions.

Your responsibilities are:

Be a co-pilot to the Head of Production site Kallebäck in financial matters
*
Monitor and control financial aspects of production and supply chain
*
Be active and highlight issues and propose actions to improve capacity and capital efficiency
*
Analyze actuals, forecasts and initiate actions to improve financial performance of our products
*
Work in close corporation with other controllers in the Finance function and actively participate and contribute to improvements and progress in processes, systems and control within the finance area
Your profile
You possess a strong business acumen together with strategic awareness. You have extensive experience from financial planning, analysis, budget and reporting. However, your most important skill is your proactive and positive attitude.
Required background and experience:

Experience from financial planning, value flow analysis and product supply chain
*
Background from working within senior management team
*
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
*
Relevant academic degree

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

Displays honesty, integrity, fairness

Knows the importance of building relationships both within and across functions
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions, requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
The location of the position is in Gothenburg.

Business area Surveillance offers world-leading technology for monitoring and decision support to protect against threats. The portfolio covers radar systems, electronic warfare, combat systems as well as safety and security solutions.
The task for Product unit Surface Radar Solutions is to ensure development, production, testing, delivery and operation of the surface radar portfolio. This includes both systems sales and services business within the Land and Naval domain. Surface Radar Solutions is in a growth phase and we are now expanding the finance team of four with a new member!
Operations are conducted in Sweden, the United States, the UK, Australia, Germany, the United Arab Emirates and Finland.
