Since 2013, Permobil is a part of Investor AB.We are now looking for a Business Controller to join the Finance team within Business UnitPower Products. Power Products delivers advanced powered wheelchairs, accessories and software solutions to our users increasing their quality of life.
You will in the role as Business Controller focus on strengthening the Product Management and Product Development organization by providing financial and analytical support in order to improve performance and procedures. The position will be based in Timrå.

Duties

Your key areas of responsibility:
• Product sales and profitability analysis for the Power product portfolio
• Create and analyze monthly sales reports to identify results and trends
• Project portfolio reporting
• Monthly financial and operational reporting
• Drive business planning processes, e.g. annual budget and forecasting for the business unit
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for opportunities e.g. profitability, cost reduction etc.
• Educate, support and challenge the leaders in the organization
• Analyze financial performance and generate plans for counter measures/improvements if targets are not met
• Work closely with all business functions to identify challenges and support finding solutions
• Ensure that the Group's financial framework is understood and followed in all functions/countries.
• Continuously improve financial processes

Qualifications

We are looking for a result-oriented team player capable of establishing good relationships with all parts of the organization. You have at least 5 years' experience in a business controller position and hold a relevant university degree.

As a Business Controller you need to work independently andwith strong drive and positive attitude. Your communication skills are excellent and you are fluent in both verbal and written English. Since we are an international and expanding company you need to be familiar with working in a changing environment and it is considered at merit to have experience of multinational industrial companies .

We need an Excel enthusiast that has advanced skills in spreadsheets(advanced formulas, tables & formatting, charting, pivot tables & pivot reporting, VBA & macros, integrations with other tools and databases, etc.). Since we extract and present data to the management team within Business Unit Power Products you will also benefit from very good PowerPoint skills.
