PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Provide overall accurate, transparent and comprehensive business information internally. Coordinating and communicating the Financial Planning, Control and Reporting processes in the Business Area Scandinavia & Central Europe. Drive BI processing and communication towards self-service and easy to understand reporting. Support Business Controllers in BA with overall analysis affecting several parts of the BA organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure compliance of BA Management Reporting with Group and statutory reporting guidelines and systems
• Compile financial data for periodic reports with accuracy of Financial dimensions
• Manage periodical accrual process
• Develop analysis as well reporting solutions and process for Business result and Planning
• BA co-ordinator of all Finance related BI solutions in Lighthouse (Group Data warehouse solution) and spokesperson to and for Group Finance
• Projects related to accounting transactions, adoption of accounting and reporting standards, and ongoing accounting policy projects
• Analytical review of the monthly business results
• Support in preparation of and own presentations of Business information as base for decision with Executives, Business Areas or Functional Areas
• Carry out of special project assignments as required by Business Area or Finance function
• Preparation, coordination and communication of all financial planning and reporting processes (i.e. closure of period, annual budget, forecasts, strategic plans etc)
• Development of BI tools and communication in cooperation with Group Finance towards self-service and easy to understand information as base for business decisions
• Ensure compliance in BA of BI data security and integrity
• Owning cost center structure, hierarchy and integration into other systems and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
• You have a Bachelor degree or Master of Business Administration or equivalent skills and a background of at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance
• Knowledge of Financial accounting and cost control principles
• Good knowledge how to deploy KPI reporting in an effective manner
• Thorough understanding of effective communication and tools for BI
• Capable to achieve functional and business results in a matrix organization
• Thorough understanding of effective communication tools for Business Information
• Working knowledge of how to steer IT automated reporting system
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and drive projects/issues to completion
• Analytical skills striving for excellence
• Effective communicational & inter-personal skills
• Holding people accountable in particular in a matrix organisation
• Capability to conceptualise and implement changes
• Fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and verbally
