We are looking for an analytical, commercially oriented controller who is passionate about identifying profit potential through data analysis and influencing key decision makers throughout the organization. You will be a central player in making the finance team's vision of "Next Generation Business Navigation" a reality. You will report to the CFO of the Picadeli Group, and your main responsibilities will be along three lines: co-piloting the Swedish market with the Country Manager, developing Picadeli's quantitative analyses, and handling the financial planning & reporting processes. Fundamentally, the role proactively challenges & provides analytical decision support in driving change management processes & growth initiatives. Continually improving financial forecasting & reporting through developing BI-tools & processes is also central to the position. The role includes both supporting and challenging functional leaders throughout the organization, both locally in Sweden as well as in France, Finland, Germany & Denmark. Your role includes influencing the results (50%), reporting them (20%), and increasing the efficiency of both (30%).
You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Engineering field, and your qualifications include a couple of years experience in working with business controlling or management consulting.As well as being business minded with a view of the total value chain and strong drive to improve and reach targets, you have experience in implementing or developing BI systems and processes - preferably QlikView - and experience and good understanding of the core processes within sales & marketing.You are strongly persuasive in decision making with good communication and presentation skills and are a "nearly native" level English speaker. You have a solid understanding of accounting principles & financial reporting processes, as well as project management skills. Bonus points for food industry or FMCG experience, Jeeves ERP experience, or currency risk management. For success, you will do whatever it takes.
