We are looking for you who have experience in business controlling and great excel skills that would like to take on a broader role in a global high-tech product company!

About the position
This position is a mix between a Business Controller and a Business Analyst. You will have your belonging in and be a part of our Finance and Administration Department consisting of four more people - one Director Finance and Administration, one Business Controller, one Accounting Manager and one Business Assistant/Account Payable. The characteristics of our Finance Team is caring and with a close cooperation.

Apart from the Finance team, you will also have continuous collaboration with our Product Management Team in your Business Analysis tasks. You will also work close with the Inside Sales/Customer Service, our Key account Managers, Corporate Finance as well as other people in the organization. As Kollmorgen is an American company, the finance department reports to Corporate Finance in the United States. Traveling might occur 1-2 times/year.

As Business Controller (50%) you will:
• Implement and continuously improve internal controls that ensure accurate reporting
• Actively analyze our development projects from a profitability standpoint and support management in determining countermeasures for future projects
• Support weekly financial data submissions and report out.
• Report on time regular and ad-hoc requested information pertaining to financial subjects as sales and margin reports, capital expenditures, insurance etc and included analysis and conclusions when needed.
• Have a supportive roll in the financial statement, budget and forecast processes.
• Act as Superuser in our new PowerBI data solution:
• Maintain functionality of the solution in cooperation with II
• Continuously work for improvement and new development of the solution

As Business Analyst (50%) you will:
• Actively support and offer the organization financial analysis of economic nature and financial view of market data
• Responsible of the pricing process: - Produce customer price lists when the need for updates
• Maintain a pricing structure to hold standard margin set goals
• Develop the pricing process to include needed adjustment during a pricing cycle

• Facilitate the Milestone (MS) meetings and maintain the Jira solution for documentation
• Produce insightful charts in our yearly Strategic Process, using Mekko-graphics in our yearly Strategic process

Must have
• Around 3 years of working experience within business and/or financial controlling analysis where you have found risks and causes.
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management or Business and Administration or similar.
• You are an advanced user of Excel with experience in working with large datasets and handling complex formulas and functions such as pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS & COUNTIFS, nested IF-statements, charts, data cleaning, formatting and text manipulation.

Meritorious
• Previous experience in a Business Intelligence Solution, especially PowerBI.
• Experience from working in an international environment, specifically in a U.S. business.
