hela Sverige As Business Controller and head of the controlling team for Network Control, you will be part of the unit's management team and act as a business partner supporting all managers and especially the Global Operating Unit manager, to whom you also directly report, with a functional reporting line to the regional controller.
Your main mission will be to act as a business partner to the Global Operating Unit Manager of Network Control effectively supporting the global strategy by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions. You will also manage all financial and commercial matters, actively drive the project's performance as well as being accountable for preparation and monitoring of monthly forecasts.
Your responsibility includes managing an engaged team of local project controlling and administration specialists. It includes guiding, motivating, and developing the team members and making sure that the controlling area is properly organized, staffed and skilled. You will ensure that your function acts as expert advisors in questions concerning economy and finance.
Furthermore, you will ensure financial and commercial aspects of future business during the tender and risk review phase. In addition to project controlling, your team is also responsible for the monthly closings of the unit, covering the full financial package including responsibility for follow-up on expenses.

Moreover, you are an analytical person who can grasp both the big picture as well as pay attention to details. You have the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and deliver on your commitments. Focus on continuous improvements also comes naturally to you.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, alternatively several years' experience from a similar position. Leadership experience, preferably as a line manager, is considered an additional value. You are well familiar with SAP and you are a skilled Excel user. Commercial acumen and knowledge about taxes, currency management, bank guarantees, payment securities, SOX and ProMIS is also advantageous.
As we operate in Sweden but in an international environment, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike.
