What we're looking for...
• a self-driven, business-minded person with talent for handling, structuring and analyzing big data, preferably with some 10 years of experience from Business Controlling related to Supply Chain (Sourcing/Purchasing, Supply Planning and Logistics). It is essential that you are structured, with a proven ability to drive change/improvements and to finalizing started activities. You need to have the ability to connect with people and to explain complex matters in an understandable way to trigger activities.
• In the role you will be responsible for Business Controlling related to Sourcing within Supply Chain for Paulig Food Division with a yearly spend of 200 Million Euro. You will be part of the Sourcing Management Team were you need to support and challenge in all operative and strategic issues and opportunities. The role will report to the Business Controller Manufacturing & Supply Chain within Paulig Foods Division. The role is placed at Paulig's office in Mölndal.
Your main tasks
• Drive improvements in Material Flow and Cost Control from a process and system support perspective
• Reviewing and analyzing financial results and profitability
• Providing proactive decision-making support to stakeholders
• Challenge the business in a constructive way, based on your knowledge and financial insight
• Provide strong business support in improvement activities within Sourcing & Logistics
• Explain deviations in main business drivers
• Drive and coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes
• Member of Paulig Food Sourcing Team
• Continually contributing to the development of processes and routines within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Controlling team
Your profile
You will have an academic background within Business or Finance and after that at least 10 years of relevant experience in Business Controlling from medium to large companies. Experience working in Supply Chain/Sourcing within FMCG will be looked upon favorably, but is not an exclusive criteria. You will have worked with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX preferably, and is comfortable working with large volumes of data. You will also have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as being fluent in English.
To succeed in the role as Business Controller, you must be an independent person with strategic skills and the ability to see the big picture. It is crucial that you are driven and have the ability to take own initiatives. The successful candidate will also be business smart and committed to see started activities through till the end. Further on it is essential to have good communication skills and be responsive towards colleagues, managers and business partners.
