Your role
We are looking for a forward looking business controller with strong personal drive. The position is located in our Living & Mobility Sweden business unit within the electricity retail area. You will be the financial business partner in the management team driving business performance actively together with the business unit head. Challenging current ways of doing is an important part of this role and finding new and better ways forward is the natural next step. You will be responsible for the financial planning and follow up including monthly reporting and forecasting. You will also participate in shaping the strategy of the business unit and defining the KPIs to track both financial and operational performance together with the management team.
We offer you
This is the start of your meaningful career journey at Fortum. We actively encourage job rotation and development activities across the company with open leadership as our guiding principle.
This position will give you the chance to take an active role in managing one of the largest business units in the Consumer Solutions division. You will be part of a modern and diverse management team that has a strong focus on improving business performance. Consumer Solutions is a very successful business within Fortum and it has been identified as operations that could provide higher growth and value potential with an alternative ownership structure. The division is currently under strategic review which means that it may be divested to a new owner. This would mean a chance to be part of a significant and exciting next step in the development of the company.
Your qualifications
You are a curious and forward looking individual who is motivated by change and new challenges. Both analytical skills for analyzing and understanding data as well as a strategic mindset to identify business development opportunities are needed to succeed in this role. People in your workplace find your communication open and transparent and you are good at building trust with other people. A relevant academic degree and at least 3 years of professional experience make you comfortable in setting your own agenda and making decisions when needed.
