www.kappahl.se. Our Business Controller is on parental leave and therefore we are now looking for you who want to take on this exciting role during a longer temporary position. It is a perfect position for you who have experience as a Business Controller and want to further develop in projects and consulting purchases!
Your mission As a Business Controller within our IT department, you are offered a varied and fast-paced role where you divide your time between customary controller tasks and consulting purchases. You work in both short and long horizons to set goals and plans for the future and follow up outcomes in close consultation with CIO and IT management. You are also responsible for consulting purchases within IT and projects and will be involved in cross-border and strategic projects conducted within Kappahl.
Your profile and personality We are looking for you who, in addition to a master's degree in business administration, has experience as a controller in a similar position. It is meritorious if you also have some experience in consulting and negotiation. Of course, you have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and are used to processing information from different business systems.
You are business-oriented and communicative, are good at presenting financial information in speech and writing and are stimulated by working and collaborating at a high pace in a large organization. At the same time, you have a unprestigious attitude and are good at organizing and structuring you own work based on current conditions, business goals and schedules. The fact that you have it easy to communicate is important as you will have a wide contact area throughout the organization and suppliers.

Are you interested? The position is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and lasts for a year with the possibility of extension. Placement at our Head Office in Mölndal. We will not go back to the old "normal", and therefore we work with a hybrid working environment. Which means you can work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
