Assignment description.
Being the in-house provider of IT services in Saab that develop services and solutions within military defence and civil security. IT plays an important role in sharing, storing, using and capitalization on data as an important part for Saab's product areas. IT brings improvements in practically every area and utilize this by incorporating IT even closer to the core business is a key.
We are looking for a business controller to join our finance team in Group IT. We are looking for someone that is business oriented, structured and have an analytical mind-set.
The role as business controller will support our shared IT functions and be responsible in the deliveries of the business control team as budgeting, reporting and analysis. In this role, you will work towards internal stakeholders but as well stakeholder at CIO management team. Apart from the main tasks, the focus will be on the objectives of finance efficiency and drive agile way of working.
The person in this position needs to demonstrate high level of integrity when advising in related finance matters and ensure compliance in line with corporate governance and regulations.
Main responsibilities:
- Budgeting and reporting.
- Financial analysis.
- Support and analyse investment proposals.
- Support in planning and follow up on IT finances.
- Ensure quality in the finance/ controlling areas.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Finance or business administration degree.
- Relevant work experience.
- Track record of working across organizational and geographic boundaries.
- IT understanding.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, skills with Agresso is preferred.
