About the role
We are now looking for a Business Controller to join the Global Operations team. As Business Controller you are responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting and you will be part of the Global Operations Leadership Team. Together with the team you will contribute to continuously develop and professionalize our operations globally and to continuously identify opportunities to improve the global setup. To be successful with this you need to have a good collaboration with different functions and departments within Atos Medical and the recently acquired company Tracoe Medical GmbH in Germany.
Following the acquisition of Tracoe, we are integrating our supply chain to enable forward integration in our markets with high growth ambitions. You in the role as Business Controller will be deeply involved in this integration.
You will be reporting to SVP Global Operations but also working closely with the Global Finance team. The role is full time and based at our production and R&D site in Hörby and/or the headquarters in Hyllie.
Your responsibilities
• Key tasks include developing annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts for Global Operations and R&D, monthly financial closing and continuous financial performance monitoring
• Continuously improve our product costing model
• Support managers within Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, QA/RA and R&D with financial support
• Ensure compliances and adherences of Atos Medical's internal control and accounting policies
• Prepare and hold monthly performance reviews
About you
To be successful in the role as Business Controller:
• You are a clear communicator
• You have high integrity and dare to speak up and challenge the Business
• You are willing and able to understand business complexity
• You have the ability to organize, structure and prioritize numerous tasks
• You are result driven and analytical
• You are cooperative and have the ability to build sustainable relationships
Also:
• You have 5-10 years of experience within Business Controlling preferably within Production and/or Supply Chain
• You hold a University degree (B.SC./M.Sc.) in business or engineering or equivalent working experience
• You are fluent in speaking and writing in English. German is an advantage.
