The role
As a Business Controller, you work with the business with analyses, reporting, forecasts, planning and various projects. The function's task is to support the business and the unit and operations managers in various segment areas with monthly reporting but also analyzes with the aim of developing the business in the short - and long term. We are looking for a candidate who wants to be a Business Partner, to help budget owners to both analyze reports and support decision-making. You belong to a group five four Business Controllers and report to the Head of Business Control.
Main tasks:
• Monthly reporting and financial statements
• Follow up and assist business decisions to develop and improve results and KPI:s
• Participate in and run quarterly and annual forecast, budget and business planning processes
• Increase understanding and transparency of KPIs and profitability analyses
• Work with budget owners to follow up monthly reporting and ensure accurate analyses
• Benchmarking analyzes between the units and act Business Partner to connect financial analysis with commercial business understanding
• Participate in and drive continuous development and analysis of the company's business models and strategies together with other functions in the company
• Ad-hoc analyses
• Drive projects related to new concepts, follow-up on contracts and costs
• Ensure relevant structures and routines for follow-up
• Run and participate in various improvement processes
Qualifications
We believe you have several years of experience as a Business Controller. You have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent and have a natural analytical mind. You work in a structured and efficient way and like working with the business, both on an operational and strategic level. As we constantly want to improve our routines and processes, we think you have an interest in systems and are genuinely interested in technology and IT.
You are a responsible, committed, independent as a person who can run your own daily work and good at collaborating with colleagues. You are a social and communicative person who like to be in a changing environment and can work proactively. You are service-minded and are used to working with many different contacts in the organization. You are fluent in Swedish and English both in and writing and speaking.
