www.fiskars.comFiskars Sweden AB is currently looking for an eager and analytical Business Controller. The role will be part of the Finance department, reporting to CFO.
The role as Business Controller is broad and will serve as a challenge and opportunity on an international area. The position is located in Höganäs and will require occasional travel.
Main responsibilities and tasks will involve:
• Reporting
• Monthly forecasting
• Quarterly business area reviews
• Business analysis and support
• Provide management with value-adding analyses, and other support for decision making
• Target setting process
• Yearly Budgeting
• Cognos/Powerplay (group sales reporting system/- system administrator
Candidate profile
You have 2-5 years experience in a Business Control function and/or in a Business Analyst function combined with experience of working in an international company. You have a university degree in business administration and accounting. You are fluent in English both oral and written. Ability to understand and speak Swedish is required. Strong Excel and financial programs skills are required.
You are structured with a very high analytical capacity, ambitious with a powerful self-drive and you have the ability to see the big picture. You are a positive and service minded person who likes team work and building professional relationships with internal and external parties. You possess the ability to identify and realize process improvements and to collect relevant information for the task at hand.
