Purpose of the role
Provide overall accurate, transparent and comprehensive business information internally. Coordinating and communicating Divisional Financial Planning, Control and Reporting processes. Drive BI processing and communication towards self-service and easy to understand reporting. Ensure compliance of Divisional Management Reporting with Group reporting guidelines. Ensure Divisional needs are being considered in Group level. You are leading one Controller BI Data Warehouse and jointly you manage the Business Information tasks.
Main Responsibilities
• Compile financial data for periodic reports with accuracy of Financial dimensions
• Manage periodical accrual process
• Monthly reconciliation of internal Business information also with Group and External reporting and affected systems
• Analytical review of the monthly business results
• Develop analysis and reporting solutions and process for Business result and Planning
• Divisional co-ordinator of all BI solutions in Lighthouse (Group Data warehouse solution) and responsible for Finance specific solutions
• Preparation, coordination and communication of all financial planning and reporting processes (i.e. closure of period, annual budget, forecasts, strategic plans etc)
• Actively develop BI tools and communication towards self-service of and easy to understand information as base for business decisions
• Manage Divisional policy and process of BI data security and integrity
• Manage projects related to accounting transactions, adoption of accounting and reporting standards, and ongoing accounting policy projects
• Support in preparation of and own presentations of Business information as base for decision with Executives, Business Areas or Functional Areas
• Owning cost center structure, hierarchy and integration into other systems and processes
• Co-ordinating overall Fixed expense Controlling in the Division
• Carry out of special project assignments as required by Division or Finance function
Qualifications
• You have a Bachelor degree or Master of Business Administration or equivalent skills and a background of at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance
• Knowledge of Financial accounting and cost control principles
• Good knowledge how to deploy KPI reporting in an effective manner
• Capable to achieve functional and business results in a matrix organization
• Thorough understanding of effective communication tools for Business Information
• Working knowledge of how to steer IT automated reporting system
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and drive projects/issues to completion
• Analytical skills striving for excellence
• Strong drive in striving for new communication tools and methods for BI
• Effective communicational & inter-personal skills
• Holding people accountable in particular in a matrix organisation
• Capability to conceptualise and implement changes
• Fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and verbally
