Conducting business analysis primarily for diabetic therapeutic area. You will be responsible for providing business support and analysis including recommendations and insights. Responsibility to support the business in order to maximize the financial contribution to the achievement of business objectives.
Your role:
Conducting business analysis primarily for diabetic therapeutic area.
The role is responsible for providing business support and analysis including recommendations and insight from the The role has also the responsibility for analyzing, reporting and following up on responsibility area?s results and development. Responsibility to support the business in order to maximise the financial Contribution to the achievement of business objectives. They will provide quality financial and commercial input to individual investment decisions, challenge key forecasting assumptions and deliver expert financial analysis of business place, performance, forecasts, key risks and sensitivities. Viewed by customers as a business expert with expertise in Finance.
Accountabilities:
• Business Strategy & Decision Support; supporting key business & investment decisions with solid skills in scoping customer requirements, analysing issues, developing options and enabling appropriate decision making based on strategic business need
• Working proactively with the business to understand future financial information needs and producing efficient solutions to meet these needs (Business Case Development, KPIs etc)
• Assessing the relevant input required to support others during difficult business decisions
• Negotiating and communicating effectively across teams and business units and with external parties to achieve a positive outcome.
Responsibility to proactively challenge the business on strategy, status, growth, pricing and activities.
Build analytical models that support business decisions.
Continuous Improvement, Coaching & Governance; supporting continuous improvement in Finance processes and capabilities and to lead financial risk management and financial governance in area of accountability.
Secure correct sales and market data as well as gross margin and cost data in forecasting and reporting processes Participate in Brand Team
Business Performance Assures tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Qualified finance professional (or equivalent)
• Experience of Finance Business Partnering
• Track-record of proven strong and productive customer relationships
• Experience of working in a global pharmaceutical organisation / understanding of the drug development life cycle and/or commercial aspects
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including oral & written.
• Excellent knowledge in English language
• Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of global and corporate business context
• Integrity to handle confidential information
• Team player
• Experience of using financial systems to support business decision making (budgeting, forecasting & modelling)
• Strong skills in Excel
