THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES
The Gothenburg Business control team is a highly engaged team with the mission to support our operational colleagues in Gothenburg and Campus Lundby division as well as the finance community. We provide expertise, advice and best practices to our colleagues and stakeholders. We enable proactivity and well-founded decision making through analysis and we tell the story behind our financials. You will report to the Director of Business Control Gothenburg division and be located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your will be a member of the Gothenburg Business control team with the main task to support the Property Management function as their business partner. You are expected to drive your own tasks independently, and when needed seek information and support from colleagues. You are a great story teller, deliver in time and always strive to reduce waste and find improved way of working.
Where your focus will be:
Responsible for monthly closing and reporting, estimates and budgeting for the Property Management function
Responsible to drive and coordinate all various financial topics within the Property Management function
Secure accurate reporting and requests of investments related to Property Management function
Support with various financial topics, investigations and ad hoc activities for Property Management function but also for the total Gothenburg and Campus Lundby division
Identify and reduce waste and proactively work with continuous improvements for your areas as well as for the Business Control team in general
Be a contributor to the team, both locally and globally, where engagement and fun at work is key

Required knowledge/experience
We are looking for someone who has experience from business control and investments. Experience from finance systems is important as well as a high level of professionalism.
To be successful in this position we would also like to see the following knowledge/experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration (or similar).
5+ years working experience in the business control field
General real estate knowledge
Excellent computer skills and knowledge/ability to work in various systems/tools, especially SAP Master Finance, SAP VGCS and Power BI. Knowledge in IMT (Investment Management Tool) is preferred
Analytical skills and ability to see the big picture
Structured way of working with attention to details and ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and with strong commitment to deliver in time
Passion for continuous improvement and curious to use new tools and contribute to digitalization
