What does a Business Controller do? In the role as Business Controller within BPM (Business Performance Management) Operations you proactively work as a business partner to management teams and project leaders within the divisions Networks and IT. You are responsible for monitoring and analysing costs, projects and KPI's against targets and forecast. You also provide guidelines for business cases and projects in cooperation with project owners as well as monitoring the performance against the efficiency targets. It is your responsibility to drive the forecast process in your area of responsibility. You conduct business and financial risk analysis and manage financial risks and issues raised in the business unit. As part of your role you also drive and support improvement/efficiency initiatives and continue to drive and contribute to the development of analytical models and tools.

You will be part of a Finance team who is aiming to work in a process oriented, team based and agile way where innovation, new ideas, constant improvements and own responsibility is encouraged. In Business Performance Management you will work close to our business, have the opportunity to build a large network and be exposed to the management teams.
Do we have a match?
To be suitable for the position we require:
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or equivalent Fluent in English, written and verbal
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling Basic to good understanding and knowledge in ERP systems Deep understanding of financial and business models/analyses Proven track record from controlling and business performance management Experience of driving forecast and results analysis processes Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills Open to change and strong in driving change
