Our Sweden office is now looking for a Business controller to join our office in
Stockholm.
What you would do at Nepa
As a Business controller you’ll be a part of the Finance team consisting of 4 employees. Your main focus will be to drive and to be responsible for the implementation of the groups business system and there to business monitoring. This means, among other things, to create reports for business monitoring and KPI’s in cooperation with our industry owners.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the inputdata results in qualitative output data, build a proactive business monitoring tool, create and develop a working process for the internal business monitoring, education of the users etc. You will continuously be responsible for improvement and changes of the process.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a degree within economics and who has at least 3 years work experience from and audit firm or similar experience.
To succeed in the role as a business controller at Nepa you should have a strong interest in systems and good process skills, experience from Salesforce is an advantage. You should work proactively and like to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speech, as English is the corporate language.
