For our Group Finance in Stockholm, we are currently looking to recruit a Business Controller Analyst!
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the Division Business controller with the financial work for the division. Develop, improve and automate financial reports for the Division. Responsible for all Finance master data for the division. Support the HUB functions with the financial information during Actual, Forecast and Budget. Consolidate the benefit testing of the HUB functions. Participating in the Budget, Forecast and Strategic planning including timeline, templates, preparation of presentations and input of data in Global FORE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES
Financial Information
• Actual, Budget and Forecast analysis, preparation of reports for the division (Inventory, Overdues)
• Back-up for the monthly Actual reporting to Group.
• Participate in preparation of Budget, Forecast and Strategic planning activities including consolidation of reports and analysis
• Preparation of the auditors quarterly report to Group.
Masterdata
• Responsible for masterdata in several tools
• Developing and automating reports for the Division
• Responsible for the Divisional reporting tool
• Responsible for all Finance templates within the Division
• Key user for the tools giving support and training for the division users (Global FORE, CashPlaner, FXplanner, I-GUMP
• Contract person vs Group for all masterdata related topics
• Responsible for Contract closing and back-log cleaning activities
• Responsible for RCS Finance sharepoint and e-bok section
Project Follow-up, Processes
Follow-up on Region 8 contracts , see to that invoicing is done in the Legal Entities, do the budget, Forecast planning and input in Global FORE.
Follow-up on Product Maintenance projects, including invoicing and if needed error corrections.
Responsible for the HUB expenses report and analysis, preparation of monthly bookings.
R&D invoicing and follow-up.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor?s Degree in Finance
Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot, macros)
3 years of relevant financial experience, or work experience with databases
Experience in an international environment is an advantage
English fluency is required, Swedish fluency is a strong advantage
