As our Finance function continues to grow and mature into its role as a driving force for the business, our people are finding lots of opportunities to apply their skills in lots of different ways. As our current Business Controller will soon take on a new challenge within our organization we are currently after our next Controller to join the team at the Electrolux Global Headquarters in Stockholm!
In your role you will contribute with shaping, influencing and collaborating in order to drive growth and change within our Business Area Europe.
You will be a true business partner within our Business Area Europe organization and you will cooperate with many functions such as finance, legal, treasury, purchasing and manufacturing. focused across all product lines and services. You will provide financial support and visibility to business leaders while acting as a change manager within the controlling.
Key Operational responsibilities
* Analyze and explain the financial development and forecast of Business Area Europe on a continuous basis to always be on top of net operating working capital (NOWC) and investments.
* Provide aligned & standardized formats and structure for controlling activities within our Business Area functions.
* Consolidate & analyze financial performance, propose corrective measures when necessary by focusing on specific areas.
* Participate in preparations of reports for the Business Area Europe Management such as monthly Report to Group Management and Sector Board Financial information.
* Drive part of the forecasts & budget processes as well as target setting.
* Be a reliable & solid representative of the BA Europe Financial Management towards other internal departments (Group Controlling, Treasury, Group Accounting, etc.) & external auditors.
* Initiate, lead or participate in various ad-hoc projects within our BA and the Group.
Key Competencies:
• Have the capability to be the cross function contact point for the different BA Europe Controlling functions (Product Line, Sales, Industrial Operations, Marketing, etc.).
* Perfect understanding and experience of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
* Strong knowledge in forecasting processes & financial planning.
* Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP & Excel, PowerBi would be highly appreciated) and applications.

Minimum requirements
* Education: University degree in Business Administration or similar
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Controlling positions in an international environment
* English fluent
