hela Sverige We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Controller to support projects in Ikano Bank. This is a permanent position, based in Malmö, and you will be reporting to the Head of Business Control.
As a Business Controller in our central team, you will be focusing on follow up for projects, providing Project Managers with analysis of their financial performance, helping them to forecast and control costs. You will be a true business partner and part of Ikano Bank, where we create possibilities for a better living by providing banking and financial services. Help us simplify finance for the many people
You will be part of the central Business Control team, that together is responsible for the financial and management analysis of the Bank. Your specific duties include:
• Production of budget, forecasts and reporting material
• Perform monthly cut-off and year-end reporting, and organizing meetings with all key stakeholders to ensure that they know their numbers and take ownership.
• Be an engaged business partner in helping to manage projects, identifying key drivers and suggesting areas where efficiencies can be gained.
• Ensure that cost allocations are in line with agreed SLA's and transfer pricing documentation.
• Secure that accruals are made according to financial accounting standards, and to secure reliant and accurate financial reporting for business decisions.

Are you the one for Ikano?
We believe that you have Bachelor level degree in Finance or Business Administration and a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Controller or similar. You have good knowledge of accounting and management accounting principles as well as experience from an international environment. Previous experience from different financial systems and dimension structures is a plus. Lastly, you have good knowledge/ability to assimilate data from accounting systems and analysis-tools (e.g. Navision, Oracle PBCS, Qlikview, Excel).
As a person you are analytical, a quick learner and well structured. You enjoy working in a team and communicating with different stakeholders. You are engaged and self-driven and enjoy working towards continuous improvement. Furthermore, you have the ability to create good relations and act in various environments.
