MAJORITY is looking for a Business Controller
MAJORITY is the new sister company of Rebtel, focused on offering financial services tailor-made for the Migrants needs, providing critical services such as International Money Transfer and International calling.

The Role
As Business Controller at MAJORITY, together with our Head of Control, you'll be part of a small but tight Controlling team in the Finance department.
Controllers in MAJORITY are the trusted business adviser and you will help to set efficient and thoughtful controlling procedures in order to generate a deep impact on the company business performance.
A day as a Controller is full of exciting challenges and responsibilities such as:
Deliver ad-hoc and regular Analysis requests, create reporting that track the business KPIs, in order to produce insightful, clear and actionable recommendations to increase business efficiency and help the decision-making.
Design and implement processes to monitor and control the ongoing business performance, operational expenditures and financial objectives and implement action plan to deal with deviations.
Serve as an advocate for long-term interests, including profitability and return on Investment analysis and financial recommendations.
Be a real business partner, building a network across Commercial, Sales, Analysis and Product teams to take on a wide range of analytical and operational questions and to share financial understanding across the company.
Analyse historical and current trends to build sound business case and being able to accurately forecasts and budgets reflecting future opportunities.
Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias
2+ work experience within Controlling, FP&A or Business Analysis
Proven business acumen
Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability
Strong English both oral and written
Strong Excel skills
Looker and Dataset skills are strongly preferred

A master in Excel, familiar with structured file and Business casing

Experience within Financial sector, banks and financial institutions, is a plus.
