Business Controller
We are searching for a Business Controller to be based in Stockholm and report to the Head of Business Controlling.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Work closely with service- and product managers to meet budgets and drive results
• Analyze and improve gross margins and overall profitability for service- and product areas.
• Identify business risks and opportunities while driving their realization
• Manage monthly and quarterly closings business reviews
• Develop tools and techniques for forecasting and analyzing results
• Controlling and reporting of financial data
Profile of the Qualified Candidate
Candidates must have a business mentality with a full understanding of accounting and finance and enjoy working in a challenging international environment.
• University level degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant Business field
• 3 plus years in accounting/finance and challenging international business environments
• Experience with major financial systems and reporting software (SAP and Hyperion preferred)
• Previous experience with large contracts and time & billing preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English and Swedish
