Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

We are now looking for an ambitious controller to our team in Södertälje. Our main responsibilities are project and portfolio controlling with high focus on development of our processes and methods. We can offer you a wide, challenging and developing position in an exciting and dynamic environment. The work is highly cross-functional and you will have the opportunity to create a broad network within both Scania and Traton Group.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the work of developing and improving our processes and methods connected to project and portfolio controlling
• Being the Scania representative in the development of our common processes and methods within Traton Group together with colleagues within Traton Group
• Own and drive the development of Scanias project profitability evaluation method/tool
• Carry out profitability and project calculations as well as continuous monitoring of project financials throughout the project life cycle
• Preparing, reporting and presenting decision material to the management and other stakeholders

Your Profile

We are looking for a person with a broad experience preferably from various areas within controlling and a masters' degree in Business and Administration (or similar). As a person you are curious and have a genuine interest in understanding the business. You have good social skills and like interacting with others. To explain and communicate complex matters in an easy and understandable way for people outside of Finance is a key success factor and something that you really strive for.

You like taking own initiatives and are a team player. You have a positive and responsible attitude. You are fluent in English and Swedish and have a deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Portfolio Controlling and Business Support (XKC) is organized within Business Control (XK) and the Corporate unit, Corporate Management & Venture Business (X).
