hela Sverige Sodexo AB is looking for an experienced Business Controller that will be a key member of the Account Team and plays the key link between the Global Account Team and the Nordic Regional Team.
This position will directly report to the Nordic Account Director, and indirectly to the Global Finance Director for the global account. In addition, you will coordinate and play a key role to administrate the Nordic region for external partners.
Your responsibilities will be according to the followings:

• Providing support for the Nordics Operational Director by:
• Coordinating finance aspects with other Nordics regions.
• Planning tasks ahead and setting up clear routs to meet Sodexo objectives.
• Provide expert financial advice and participate in making proper financial business decisions.
• Contribute to the key growth drivers of the account.
• Drive Sodexo finance month taking into account:
• Track and report savings initiatives on a monthly basis.
• Report any financial early profit warning to line management.
• Ensure quality of control in the financial performance.
• Internal reporting in Sodexo accounting system:
• Identify and highlight opportunities and manage risks within the contract and report them in a timely manner.
• Prepare Sodexo budget and forecasts.
• Pro-actively review and analyses operating performance versus plan (Budget & Latest Forecasts
• Prepare Sodexo reporting monthly pack to report financial performance to global finance director.
• Ensuring all cut offs procedures and transactions are respected.
• Debriefing the Sodexo Sweden Finance team.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS
• External reporting to Client:
• Validate monthly financials used by Operations/ Administrative teams.
• Reconciliation analysis will be required on a monthly basis.
• KPI performance report.
• To deliver contract training and to ensure all resources understand the contract requirements.
• Perform ad hoc analysis on request Sodexo and the client.
• Conduct small regular audit at site level.
• Ensure adequate format and content invoices, timely invoicing and improving Collection by client and country (according to action plan).
Required Education and Experience:
Candidate for this position must be analytical, methodic business minded, flexible, service oriented as well as highly self-motivated and a team player. Communication skills for this position must be excellent and possess the ability to connect with stakeholders across all levels.
It requires applying for this position to have the ability to report financial data in a global environment and ensure adherence to business financial controls and Group governance processes.
In addition, the candidate must have software system experience in SAP, Hyperion Essbase, Dynamics and experienced in MS Office pack (especially Excel).
To apply for this position, the candidate must have a university degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent and have at least 5 years' experience related to this position as well as it requires to have fluent Swedish and English languages (oral and writing). This position will start by the 1st of August 2018, and the duty-station will be located in Lund (Sweden) with coordination role and travel in the Nordic region (Denmark, Finland, and Baltics countries).
